We book our appointments from start to finish, meaning your dog won’t be waiting in a crate before or after their appointment. They’ll come straight in, get pampered, then go straight home, or back to Daycare if they’re a Groom & Play client.

Puppy Grooming Info

We see a lot of new puppy owners not exposing their dogs to grooming at a young enough age, which can result in a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety when it comes to grooming.

We believe in introducing puppies slowly and frequently while they're young, so they can get used to all the sounds and sensations, as well as build a trusting relationship with our Groomers.

Policies:

Puppy Packages must be completed within 6 weeks of Groom number 1.

Available for puppies 5 months and younger.

All puppies must have received their second set of shots.

The price range is based on the size and breed of your dog.

Puppy Package #1

$230-$295

Puppies that will require full haircuts as adults

Groom 1: Puppies will receive a nail trim, ear cleaning and an introduction to brushing and combing. Our groomers will make a plan with you of how to regularly maintain your pups coat at home.

Groom 2: Puppies will be pampered with a bath, blow dry, brush and comb out, nails, ear cleaning and an introduction to the sound of clippers and scissors.

Groom 3: All of the above, plus sanitary areas will be shaved and scissors will be introduced around their feet and face. We will also introduce them to the vibration and sensation of the clippers and scissors around their body.

Groom 4: All of the above including a full body haircut!

Puppy Package #2

$140-$175

Puppies that will not require full haircuts as adults

Groom 1: Puppies will receive a nail trim, ear cleaning and an introduction to brushing and combing. Our groomers will make a plan with you of how to regularly maintain your pups coat at home.

​Groom 2: Puppies will be pampered with a bath, blow dry, brush and comb out, nails and ear cleaning.

Groom 3: All of the above, plus light trimming of the featherings.

Bookings & Cancellations

Please book in advance by Email, Text or Phone call!

If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice or show up to a scheduled Groom could result in being charged a Cancellation Fee.

If you are running late, please call us to reschedule your dogs appointment as we do not accept arrivals 15 minutes past their scheduled start time.

Policies

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we cannot groom dogs that come with fleas or lice.  

We can groom unaltered females, but not while in heat, pregnant or nursing.

Drop Off & Pick-Up

Appointment Dogs

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can go over your dogs Grooming needs.  We will call/text you 15-30 mins before your dog is ready for pick up. We ask you arrive within 1 hour of our call, otherwise you may be charged a half-day Daycare rate on top of your Grooming costs.

Groom & Play Dogs

Drop off is anytime from Open - 10am, and Pick Up is anytime before Closing.
